Arizona's East Valley
Monsoon Water Solutions is a local family business bringing whole-home filtration, softening and reverse osmosis drinking water across Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Queen Creek and San Tan Valley. We size the system to your water and your household, and you get the number before anyone comes out.
Most water problems in Arizona's East Valley come down to one of these three. Each one is treated differently, which is why the assessment comes first.
Mesa's 2025 water quality report puts the hardness of the water reaching homes at about 12 grains per gallon in its City Zone and about 16 in its Eastern and Southern Zones. That hardness is the white scale that builds up on faucets, shower glass and inside the water heater.
Gilbert blends Salt and Verde River water from SRP, Colorado River water from the CAP canal and water from 20 wells. Chandler draws on the same rivers plus 27 city wells, and Queen Creek runs mostly on 29 wells. Neighbors a few miles apart can be on a different mix.
Gilbert, Chandler and Queen Creek all disinfect with chlorine, which averaged between 0.92 and 0.95 parts per million across their systems in 2025. That residual is there on purpose all the way to your house, and it is also what you taste and smell at the tap.
Chlorine, chloramine and PFAS
You can usually taste it.
Most people cannot.
Nobody can.
Which is why the assessment starts with what your utility publishes about water in Arizona's East Valley, not a guess.
City water whole home system

Well systems are sized and priced separately.

The unit shown is one configuration. Yours is sized after the assessment.
Every component NSF/ANSI certified. Sustainably sourced activated carbon. U.S.-made softening resin.
We make the process easy from start to finish.
We discuss your home's water source, concerns, and goals to better understand what type of filtration or treatment solution may be right for you.
We explain your options clearly, answer your questions, and recommend a system based on your water needs, home setup, and budget.
Once you choose the right system, you can hire a plumber who you know, like and trust, or we'll connect you with a licensed plumber from our list. Either way, you'll know exactly what to expect and how your new water treatment system works.

Most quotes in this business happen over the phone, sight unseen. Ours don't. We look at your water, your home, and your family size, so the system we recommend actually fits your house.
You get one full price before you decide anything: equipment included, nothing added later.
We'll walk you through what's in your water and what each option does, because an informed call beats a rushed one.
There's no pressure to sign today. Take the quote, take your time.

The number we put in writing is the number. If something in your house would change it, you hear about it before any work starts.
Wherever the water enters the house, usually a garage or a utility room.
Enough floor for the tanks plus room to open the cabinet lid and get to the bypass.
Top up the cabinet when it runs low. That is the whole routine, and the setup notes cover it.
Yes. A private supply changes through the year, so it gets sized differently from a municipal one. We handle both.
